摘要:
为了进一步有效开发涠洲低渗透储层,提高单井控制储量和产量,提出了采用多分支超短半径钻井技术来提高储层泄油面积的开发方式。针对多分支超短半径井存在的造斜率大于10°/m、常规刚性钻具无法顺利通过高造斜率井段等技术难题,成功研制了209 mm斜向器、127 mm柔性造斜钻杆、144 mm造斜钻头等新型多分支超短半径钻井工具,并配套井身结构设计与分支点选择、井眼轨迹设计与钻井参数控制技术形成了海上油田多分支超短半径钻井技术。现场应用结果表明,本文提出的多分支超短半径钻井技术在不依赖螺杆和旋转导向等工具的条件下可完成曲率半径3 m、造斜率16°/m的造斜作业,钻获产量为配产的3.5倍,为海上低孔渗储层开发提供了新思路
Abstract:
In order to more effectively develop the Weizhou low-permeability reservoirs and increase the controlled reserves and production per single well, a development method using multi-lateral ultra-short radius drilling technology to enlarge reservoir drainage area was proposed. Aiming at the challenges such as multi-lateral ultra-short radius wells with a build-up rate of greater than 10°/m and the conventional rigid drilling tools failing to pass through the high build-up rate section smoothly, novel tools such as 209 mm whipstock, 127 mm flexible deflecting drill pipe, and 144 mm deflecting bit have been successfully developed. Therefore, it is able to develop a multi-lateral ultra-short radius drilling technology for offshore oilfields assisted by the technologies of casing program design and branching point selection, wellbore trajectory design and drilling parameter control technology, etc. The field applications show that the technology proposed in this paper fulfilled the kick-off operation with a radius of curvature of 3 m and a build-up rate of 16°/m eliminating the tools such as screw and rotary steering, and achieved a 3.5 times of oil production. This technology provides a new idea for the development of low porosity and permeability offshore reservoirs
