摘要:
超高压低渗气藏采收率的准确标定对该类气藏开发方案的制定意义重大,分析了储层束缚水和岩石的弹性膨胀及应力敏感对该类气藏采收率的影响。基于物质平衡方程推导了废弃条件时采收率计算公式,分析公式得到了影响超高压低渗气藏采收率的2个关键因素为综合压缩系数和废弃压力。从气体高速非达西渗流理论角度建立了拟压力条件下的渗流方程,结合储层岩石应力变化和岩石特性关系测试实验结果,推导了新的考虑岩石渗透率呈幂函数变化的气井压力表达式,对废弃压力进行了定量表征。利用乐东气田某高压气藏数据,对2个关键因素对采收率的影响进行了算例分析,结果表明,二者对采收率的影响显著,计算过程中应予以考虑
Abstract:
Influenced by many factors, such as geology and engineering, shale oil and gas production is hard to be predicted by conventional methods. Therefore, machine learning method is introduced. The artificial neural network model is trained and optimized by taking the geology, reservoir and engineering data from over 400 production wells in a certain block of Eagle Ford as learning samples, so as to determine the optimal model parameters. Meanwhile, cross validation is used to improve the training method and control the computational efficiency and prediction error. The relation models of production decline parameters such as the initial production, declining rate and decline index Vs the geology, reservoir and engineering parameters are obtained. Thus, the static parameters-based single well production prediction technology of shale oil and gas has been established. Field applications show that the prediction accuracy of the model developed in this paper reaches 90% within five years after putting into production, which shows an outstanding advantage in the case of no or less production data
