南海东部惠州32-3导管架在2018年特检时发现在蜘蛛甲板结构的数个节点有裂纹群,存在较大的结构安全隐患,无法满足油田继续安全生产10年的需求。开展了惠州32-3导管架裂纹群结构安全评估方法及维修方案研究,包括损伤计算模型建立、平台结构设计水平分析、极限强度分析、节点疲劳裂纹拓展分析和维修方案选择,根据延寿要求合理选择并实施了局部加强维修方案,确保了该导管架在超期服役时仍处于可接受的安全水平。本文研究成果对今后我国海上老旧导管架结构和同类工程完整性管理具有良好的借鉴意义。
Abstract:
During 2018 special inspection campaign, HZ32-3 jacket in the east of South China Sea was found to have intensive cracks at several joints of the spider deck structure, which poses great threats to the structural safety and makes it impossible to satisfy the needs of continuous production for another 10 years in a safe manner. Study on the structural safety assessment method and repair plan of HZ32-3 jacket with intensive cracks is performed, including establishment of damage calculation model, analysis on the design level of platform structure, ultimate strength analysis, propagation analysis of fatigue fracture at joints, and proper selection of repair plan. Based on the requirements for extending life, the repair plan of local reinforcement is selected and implemented to ensure the jacket can still be up to the acceptable safety level when being used beyond its design life. The study results presented in this paper can be used as references in the integrity management of aging jacket structures and the similar projects in offshore China.
