摘要:
随着中国近海油气勘探程度的不断深入,勘探挑战倍增,成效日趋降低。中国海油立足价值勘探理念,致力于地质理论认识创新和海上勘探关键瓶颈技术突破,形成了一系列勘探技术体系,为中国近海油气勘探向新区新领域、深水深层、高温高压(简称“双新双深双高”)领域拓展提供了理论基础和技术支撑。通过勘探管理创新提高勘探效率,破解海洋石油勘探高成本的困局,近年来在深层、深水、高温高压勘探领域取得了重要突破。实践证明,地质理论认识创新与勘探实践互动是中国海油近海油气勘探高质量发展的动力源泉,未来勘探突破方向的确定需要新的地质理论突破、勘探技术创新及管理模式变革。
Abstract:
With the deepening of China offshore oil and gas exploration, the exploration difficulties are multiplying and the exploration benefit is declining. CNOOC, based on the value-oriented exploration concept, is committed to making innovations in geological theory cognition and key technological breakthrough in offshore exploration, and has formed a series of exploration technical systems. These researches provide a theoretical basis and technical support for Chinese offshore oil and gas exploration players to reach out to the new blocks and new areas, deep water and deep layer, high temperature and high pressure areas(“Double new, double depth, double height”). Through the innovations in management mode, the exploration efficiency has been improved, and the dilemma of high cost in offshore oil exploration has been solved. In recent years, important breakthroughs have been achieved in deep formation, deep water, high-temperature and high-pressure exploration. Practices have proved that the interaction between theoretical cognition innovation and exploration practices is the driving force for high quality development of CNOOC offshore oil and gas exploration. Determination of the exploration breakthrough direction in the future urges the new breakthrough in geological theory, exploration technology innovation and the reformation in management mode.
