摘要:
海上风险油气井存在井下情况复杂、管柱腐蚀严重、井口带压等问题,并受环境条件和环保要求限制,对其永久性弃井作业提出了较大挑战,因此研究安全、高效的海上风险井弃井技术具有重要意义。以锦州20-2南气田为例,结合井屏障理论,提出了基于完整性分析的海上风险井弃井技术。该技术通过压井曲线及井口带压数据进行井筒完整性评估,研究原有井筒屏障元件的可靠性及退化或失效原因、识别永久性弃井风险并制定相应对策,建立风险井安全高效压井起管柱系统流程,最终建立风险井弃井作业流程。基于井筒完整性分析的海上风险井永久性弃井技术在锦州20-2南气田4口风险井弃井作业中取得成功应用,弃井作业后井口无带压、井筒内地层流体无泄漏,满足弃井规范/标准,可为海上风险油气井永久性弃井作业提供借鉴。
Abstract:
Offshore risk oil and gas wells present the problems such as complicated downhole conditions, serious corrosion of pipe string and sustained pressure at wellhead, in combination with the environmental conditions and environmental protection requirements, they pose great challenges to the permanent well abandonment operations. It is of great significance to study the safe and efficient offshore risk wells abandonment technologies. By taking the JZ20-2S gas field as an example, combined with the well barrier theory, the integrity analysis-based offshore risk wells abandonment technology was proposed. This technology conducts wellbore integrity assessment by virtue of killing curve and wellhead pressure data, studies the reliability and the degradation or failure causes of original well barrier components, identifies the risks and countermeasures of permanent well abandonment, establishes the risk well safe and efficient killing and POOH workflow, and finally forms the workflow of risk well abandonment. This offshore risk permanent wells abandonment technology based on wellbore integrity analysis has been applied in 4 wells of JZ20-2S gas field successfully, after well abandonment operation, there is no sustained pressure at wellhead, and there is no leakage of formation fluids in the wellbore. This technology satisfies the well abandonment criteria/standards, and it can provide a reference for the permanent well abandonment of offshore risk wells.
