针对渤海油田大位移井钻井作业井网分布密集、井眼清洁难度大、摩阻扭矩高、水平位移长、含煤层多等问题,开展了大尺寸井眼表层开路预斜技术、井壁稳定与提效减排钻井液技术、高效携岩屑钻具组合设计、水力振荡器配合马达深钻技术、旋转下尾管技术等关键技术研究,形成了一套渤海油田大位移井提速提效创新技术体系,并在垦利油田5口大位移井作业中取得成功应用。目前该项技术体系已在渤海油田成功应用28口井,2 500 m当量井深钻井周期由18.84 d降低至17.25 d,具有较好的推广应用价值。
Abstract:
Aiming at the challenges in drilling the extended reach wells of Bohai oilfield, such as dense distribution of well patterns, difficulty in wellbore cleaning, high friction torque, large horizontal displacement and numerous coal seams, studies have been carried out in the following key technologies of large-size wellbore surface open loop pre-build up, wellbore stability and efficient/green drilling fluid, high-efficiency cutting carrying BHA design, hydraulic oscillator+motor deep drilling, rotary liner RIH, etc. A set of innovative rapid drilling technologies system have been developed for the extended reach wells in Bohai oilfield, and successfully applied in 5 extended reach wells of Bohai oilfield. At present, this system has been popularized in 28 wells of Bohai oilfield. The equivalent drilling period of wells with a depth of 2 500 m was reduced from 18.84 d to 17.25 d, the perfect application effect was observed, and this system shows a good application value.
