摘要:
为了考察圆筒形浮式结构物在中国南海的适用性,以为中国南海某油田开发研发的具有修井、生产、储油、外输功能为一体的圆筒形FWPSO(浮式修井生产储卸油轮)为研究对象,结合水池试验结果对浮体运动及极端环境条件下多点系泊系统进行了运动响应模拟分析,并与在中国南海作业的船型FPSO以及半潜式生产平台的运动特性进行了对比,结果表明:圆筒形FWPSO结构形式具有良好的耐波性,其运动性能及系泊系统限位能力可满足设备设施在南海环境条件下的安全使用需求。建议我国海洋工程界加快圆筒形浮式设施的研发,力争早日在中国南海实现工程应用。
Abstract:
In order to investigate the adaptability of cylindrical floating structures in the South China Sea, hydrodynamic motion response simulation and multi-point mooring system analysis calibrated by the basin test has been done for a cylindrical FWPSO(Floating Workover Production Storage and Offload Unit), which is specially developed for an oilfield in the South China Sea, with the integrated functions of workover, production, oil storage and offloading; and comparison was made on the motion response characteristics of ship-type FPSO and semi-submersible production platform operating in the South China Sea. The results show that the cylindrical FWPSO structure has good wave resistance, and its motion performance and the displacement restriction of mooring system can ensure the safe use of equipment/ facilities under the South China Sea environment. It is suggested to accelerate the R & D of cylindrical floating facilities and strive to realize the engineering applications of those facilities in the South China Sea as soon as possible.
