摘要:
乐东气田超浅层长水平井具有储层疏松、地层破裂压力低、充填长度长等特点,给砾石充填作业带来极大困难。通过建立水平井砾石充填各阶段流动阻力模型,对砾石充填主控影响因素进行了分析,得出泵排量、冲筛比以及砾石密度等关键参数取值。提出了采用超轻质砾石、钻井液泥饼增强技术、携砂液降摩技术、超长水平井筒α-β波多次降排量充填模拟方法等配套关键技术,并在乐东气田4口超浅层长水平井进行了应用。应用结果表明,采用本文提出的砾石充填技术措施可使砾石充填效率超过100%、漏失量控制在5%~8%。本文研究成果可为我国海上类似气田浅层长水平井砾石充填作业提供参考。
Abstract:
The ultra-shallow long horizontal wells in Ledong gas field present the characteristics of unconsolidated reservoir, low formation fracture pressure and long packing length, which bring huge difficulties to gravel packing operation. In this paper, by establishing the flow resistance model for each stage of gravel packing in horizontal wells, and analyzing the main factors for a successful gravel packing, it was concluded that the factors such as pumping flowrate, flushing-screening ratio and gravel density are the main reasons for the success of gravel packing. The key technical measures of ultra-light gravel, drilling fluid mud cake enhancement, friction reducing of sand carrying fluid, and the simulation of α-β wave multiple flowrate reduction packing in ultra-long horizontal wellbore, etc., are proposed and applied in 4 ultra-shallow long horizontal wells in Ledong gas field. The application results suggest that the gravel packing technical measures proposed in this paper is able to achieve the gravel packing efficiency of over 100% and the fluid loss within 5%~8%. The research results in this paper can provide references for gravel packing of similar offshore shallow layer long horizontal wells in China.
